Job Overview

We're seeking a Contracts Specialist (Contract Administration Support) to assist our Project Managers in managing the contractual and administrative aspects of multiple construction and fit-out projects.

You'll play a key role in liaising with Project Managers, Builders, and Consultants to ensure our client representative and superintendent obligations are met with precision, timeliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in all areas of contract administration.
  • Maintain and update variation, EOT, and RFI registers
  • Review drawings, manage document control, and update working sets using Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam
  • Prepare and process builders' progress claims, draft submissions, and payment recommendations.
  • Coordinate consultant orders and engagement confirmations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through process refinement and template standardization
  • Track and follow up key project actions to maintain project momentum
  • Assist in preparing Project Control Group (PCG) reports for internal and client review

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as Contract Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration processes in construction or project management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ideally Bluebeam.
  • Clear and confident communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Exposure to client-side consultancy, builder, or developer environments is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent numerical accuracy, documentation, and reporting skills
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Dayshift)
