Job Description

  • Monitor inventory records in both SAP and physical inventory systems
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory counts
  • Analyze and monitor revenue accounts for accuracy and completeness
  • Reconcile and clear customer accounts
  • Record accruals and other income-related journal entries
  • Prepare monthly commission reports for operations teams
  • Generate monthly profit and loss reports
  • Prepare reports in compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors and provide required audit samples
  • Maintain organized filing systems; scan and archive essential financial documents

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
  • Preferably with prior experience in a supervisory or managerial finance role
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with vehicle servicing operations is preferred
