JOB PURPOSE:

The Customer Care Assistant (Branch Support) will provide quality service to all Customers (Policyholders, Bancassurance Relationship Managers, Insurance Specialists and Financial Advisers), based on established servicing standards to contribute to the attainment of the Company's growth, profitability, servicing and productivity targets

To provide excellent service to all Customers by ensuring they are educated and assisted in their online and over-the-counter transactions in support of the company's digitalization initiatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Performs New Business functions and assists Financial Advisers ensuring compliance to guidelines and set parameters
  • Addresses policy-related concerns and processes requests such as VUL After-Issue transactions, policy loans, amendments, dividend withdrawals, surrenders, maturities, reinstatement applications and other servicing requests within limits of authority
  • Provides technical, clerical and service support to the Bancassurance Unit

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • College graduate, major in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and orientation, with at least one (1) year work experience in service-oriented transactions
  • With excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in using MS Office Applications; computer-literate, able to adapt to the demands of e-workflow simplification
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
