Quality Control:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with quality standards and project specifications and coordinate with consultants/clients for approvals.
  • Identify and document any deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions.
  • Oversee material testing and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with site operations and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all QA/QC activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including change orders, submittals, and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
  • Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • With at least 2-3 years construction experience specializing in Quality Control, Material Inspections, actual site inspection, QC processes and documentation.
  • Willing to be assigned in the project sites

Operations:

  • Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications;
  • Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements;
  • Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices;
  • Prepares billing certifications or endorsements;
  • Evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval;
  • Prepares and monitors owner supplied materials requirements;

Manpower Activities Schedule:

  • Prepare the schedules of the people.
  • Prepare incident report for workers caught idle at work.

Reports:

  • Submit reports as required and as needed by management.
  • Regularly report to client.
