Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management

  2. Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  3. Create, schedule, and post promotional ads, product highlights, and marketing campaigns.
  4. Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  5. Customer Interaction & Order Handling

  6. Answer customer messages and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  7. Process and confirm customer orders from social media and e-commerce platforms.
  8. Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth order fulfillment.

  9. Sales & Marketing Reports

  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report summaries.

  11. Track and monitor the reach, engagement, and conversion rates of social media campaigns.
  12. Provide insights and recommendations based on data gathered from online sales and promotions.

  13. E-Commerce & Online Sales

  14. Manage product listings, pricing, and updates on e-commerce platforms.

  15. Implements online marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales.
  16. Monitor competitors' online activities and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in social media management and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in creating digital content (graphics, short videos, captions).
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
