JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develops and nurtures business relationships with targeted real state sales brokers
  • Conducts project knowledge training to brokers and their sales groups
  • Disseminates project information and updates on marketing activities
  • Performs other tasks that support sales operations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate, preferably Marketing or any four-year Business Course
  • Preferably with at least 2 years experience gained from high-end or mid-cost real estate development projects
  • Preferably with extensive network of Real Estate Brokers
  • With good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Assertive, confident, dynamic and results driven
  • Honest, with strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Site-based, must be willing to work in Las Piñas/Alabang area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
