QUALIFICATIONS:
►Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or any business-related course
►With at least one (1) year of experience in handling administrative tasks in the property or real estate industry.
►Highly organized and detail-oriented
►Knowledgeable in using MS applications (Word, Excel, and PPT)
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
►Prepare contracts, purchase/rental agreements, deeds, and other essential documents for every business transaction based on agreed terms
►In charge of safekeeping of contracts and necessary documents
►Identify tenants who would be getting towards the end of their contract and prepare and issue renewals of leasing contracts
►Ensure communications and concerns are all addressed in a timely manner
►Daily tasks include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, distributing newsletters, and managing electronic and paper filing systems
