Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, record-keeping).
Assist in scheduling, office calendar, and correspondence.
Manage petty cash, office supplies, and monitoring of expenses.
Support HR in basic admin works
Coordinate with departments for smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Business Administration or related).
With at least 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Can multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
