We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
 - Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
 - Prepare, file, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
 - Assist in the preparation of presentations, memos, and reports.
 - Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
 - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as required.
 - Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
 - At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support role (preferred).
 - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Attention to detail and high level of discretion with confidential information.
