Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services and actively promote them to prospective clients
  • Identify, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Prepare and submit sales plans, quotations, proposals, and regular sales performance reports
  • Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and needs assessments
  • Secure purchase orders or sales contracts and ensure accuracy of order details
  • Coordinate with internal teams to monitor order status and address customer concerns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and corporate reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (exceptional sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education)
  • At least one (1) year of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in steel manufacturing, construction, or property development
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, client acquisition, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits as required.
  • Willing to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php40,000.00 per month
