About the Role

Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. is looking for a highly skilled
IT Manager
to lead our IT operations, infrastructure, and security initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience in implementing and maintaining
ISO standards
within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations.
  • Lead IT planning, strategy development, and implementation aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure data security, backup systems, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols are in place and updated.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor
    ISO standards (ISO 27001 or related)
    to ensure full compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits, documentation, and risk assessments to uphold ISO requirements.
  • Manage system upgrades, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Supervise the IT team, including task delegation, performance evaluation, and coaching.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments for IT-related concerns.
  • Develop IT policies, SOPs, and guidelines to maintain security and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth daily IT operations and provide technical support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • With ISO Certification
    (ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer or equivalent).
  • At least
    5 years of solid experience
    in IT operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge in ISO documentation, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent understanding of networking, servers, system security, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in developing IT policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
