Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in field sales, trade marketing, or FMCG distribution
  • Familiarity with sales execution in wet markets and public market environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and use of sales tools (e.g., SFA apps)
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily field work with distributor sales teams to promote and sell LFC products
  • Ensure availability and visibility of priority SKUs in all covered outlets
  • Open new accounts as per target and qualify them for regular route coverage
  • Coordinate with distributor and logistics teams for order fulfillment and delivery follow-up
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and volume targets
  • Plan and execute market visits using Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools
  • Strategically cover high-potential areas including wet markets and nearby sari-sari stores across assigned territories
  • Build strong relationships and loyalty with outlet owners
  • Ensure effective product supply in coordination with distributors or delivery partners
  • Implement merchandising standards and maintain LFC's Picture of Success in all outlets
  • Execute local trade programs such as bundling, B1T1 promotions, sampling, POS material deployment, and market activations
  • Monitor price compliance and participate in payday or market day promotions
  • Gather and report market intelligence and field observations to support business decisions
  • Resolve delivery issues and address outlet concerns promptly
  • Educate and train retailers on LFC product benefits, usage, and promotions
