About the Role

In line with our continued growth, we are seeking a highly driven and experienced Recruitment professional to join our Executive & Retained Search practice.

This will be an individual contributor position, reporting to the Director of Executive/Retained Search, and will manage both executive and retained search assignments across a variety of industry verticals.

A dedicated Research Consultant and additional delivery resources will support delivery and outreach.

The ideal candidate

Suitable candidates must come with a proven track record of closing executive search mandates, with experience and ability to self-generate leads/revenue, not simply managing inbound work, in the Philippine market.

You will be a highly organised and process driven individual, with a strong level of attention to detail,someone who is passionate about their work and looking to take their career to the next level.

In summary, this role is only suited to commercially proven billers who can independently generate revenue, win executive mandates, and consistently close both executive and retained search assignments without relying on inbound work.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

● Proactively generate your own leads and revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

● Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients across various industries, focusing on senior and executive-level roles.

● Pitch and secure retained search engagements, ensuring the successful acquisition of long-term partnerships.

Client & Candidate Management

● Manage full-cycle executive search processes, including client briefing, role scoping, market mapping, sourcing, assessment, and shortlist presentation.

● Serve as a strategic talent advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.

● Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Search Execution

● Conduct targeted executive research, headhunting, and talent mapping for senior-level and C-suite positions.

● Assess candidates using structured interviews and competency-based evaluation frameworks.

● Prepare high-quality deliverables such as market reports, longlists, shortlists, and candidate assessments.

Operational Excellence

● Maintain accurate documentation, activity tracking, and pipeline updates in the CRM/ATS.

● Uphold the firm's standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and high-touch client service.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operational support.

Requirements

● Minimum of 8 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to executive and ideally retained search.

● Background of revenue generation and converting business development leads into successful engagements.

● Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close executive and/or retained search mandates.

● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

● Ability to manage multiple senior-level searches simultaneously with minimal supervision.

● Highly driven, results-oriented, and commercially minded.

● Strong research, analytical, and talent assessment capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field

● Experience in an agency search environment, management consulting firm, or high-performance recruitment company.

● Established network in the Philippines

● High level of attention to detail, organized and highly process driven

● Demonstrated ability to write, present, and communicate market insights to senior stakeholders.

● Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to engage and influence executive-level clients and candidates.
