Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking, execution, and follow-through
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks with technical, data, and business teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Keep project documentation up to date—timelines, issues and risks, status updates, and action items.
  • Use tools like JIRA and Excel to manage tasks, track progress, and create status reports.
  • Work with stakeholders to define scope and requirements, and help translate them into clear deliverables.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline how projects are run.
  • Run regular meetings (check-ins, retros, etc.) and ensure teams are aligned.
  • Support projects that involve data systems, integrations, and tools like CADIS (EDM) and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with Data Ops and engineering teams to help track dependencies, risks, and rollouts.
  • Apply knowledge of SDLC practices and help ensure deliverables follow agreed timelines and quality checks.

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating projects, ideally in a tech or data-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as JIRAor other project/task tracking platforms
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
  • Exposure to integration projectsand working closely withDevelopment and Data Ops teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90,000.00 per month
