We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who will support the sales team in achieving targets, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure smooth store operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize results.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Ensure the store remains properly stocked with company products.
  • Perform the duties of the Sales Manager during their absence or in emergencies.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Solid management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
