Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to manage, guide, and motivate our sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching team members, setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
  • Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
  • Identify opportunities to expand client base and strengthen relationships
  • Coordinate with management to align sales goals with business objectives
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
