We are hiring for a Pioneer Account and are looking for experienced professionals in Loan Servicing, Loan Origination, or Underwriting. This role is onsite at our MOA location. The hiring company prefers to remain confidential but offers a highly competitive compensation package.

What you'll be doing

  • Process loan applications and enquiries from customers in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer calls, emails and messages
  • Gather all required information and documents from customers to process loan applications
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure loan applications are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and loan application status
  • Escalate any complex enquiries or issues to the relevant team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the banking / financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

  • Willing to work onsite at MOA

  • Open to working in a pioneering environment
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Compensation:

Monthly Salary Range: ₱32,000–₱45,000

Based on experience, skills, and assessment performance.
