• Patient care: Diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult illnesses, including both acute and chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
• Patient assessment: Taking medical histories, performing physical exams, and developing treatment plans for patients.
• Clinical management: This can include managing patients in different hospital units, such as intensive care, hemodialysis, and non-critical care wards.
• Emergency care: Initiating critical care management, which may include performing life support procedures like intubation and CPR.
• Coordination: Communicating with other medical institutions and coordinating patient care during transport or for diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: A medical school diploma is required.
• Residency Training: A completed residency certificate in Internal Medicine is essential.
• Licensure: A valid PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license and board certification are necessary
