Role Description

  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure in Network and Data Center environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Manage and monitor network performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure network security through proper configuration and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for network-related incidents.
  • Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Role Requirements

  • Must have active CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification. Any active CCNP level certification can be considered, but routing and switching are required.
  • Has 4 to 5 years' experience in a network engineering role. 4 years of solid work experience supporting WAN (Wide Area Network) and LAN (Local Area Network) environments is required.
  • Solid background/experience with network operating systems (Cisco IOS/IOS-XR/IOS-XE/NX-OS, JUNOS) is required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with network device platforms such as Cisco Catalyst, ISR, ASR, Nexus, Wireless, and Aruba Wireless is also required.
  • The candidate must have good communication skills.
  • Must be amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay City.
  • Must be open to rotating schedules, including graveyard shifts.
