What You'll Do
Be the go-to escalation point for Tier 1 (phone, email, monitoring alerts)
Own and resolve support tickets via phone, email, or customer portal
Collaborate with team members to find solutions for client issues
Troubleshoot servers, networks, PCs, and infrastructure
Assist Tier 1 staff with alerts and monitoring systems
Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 when needed
Report critical incidents or problems if self-resolution fails
Stay current with certifications and training to sharpen your skills
Support special projects within the Operations Center as needed
What We're Looking For:
2–3 years supporting LAN/WAN, Office 365 / Azure, or NOC / help desk
Strong experience with Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019), Active Directory
Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Experience with Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server
Hands-on familiarity with VMware vSphere 6.5+
Knowledge of backup, security practices, system patching
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Bonus / Preferred:
Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, VMware
Experience using PSA / RMM tools
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
