Medical Billing Specialist (must have 6 mos exp in BPO handling RCM, Billing and Collections & Insurance Claims)

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000

Based on experience, assessment results, and interview performance

Role Overview:

The RCM Medical Biller is responsible for managing billing processes within the healthcare revenue cycle, ensuring accurate claims submission, payment posting, and resolution of denials to maximize reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit medical claims accurately
  • Handle payment posting, adjustments, and reconciliation
  • Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
  • Ensure compliance with payer and healthcare regulations
  • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Patient Care Coordinator (Healthcare Account) (with or without BPO exp/ Fresh Graduate can apply)

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱32,000

Negotiable and dependent on assessment scores, experience, and interview performance

Role Overview:

The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination of care, eligibility verification, and ensuring a smooth patient experience across healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls related to patient care and services
  • Verify insurance eligibility and basic coverage details
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate effectively with providers and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and data privacy standards
