Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱33,000

Role Overview:
The RCM Medical Biller is responsible for managing billing processes within the healthcare revenue cycle, ensuring accurate claims submission, payment posting, and resolution of denials to maximize reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims accurately
- Handle payment posting, adjustments, and reconciliation
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims
- Ensure compliance with payer and healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱32,000
Negotiable and dependent on assessment scores, experience, and interview performance
Role Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination of care, eligibility verification, and ensuring a smooth patient experience across healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to patient care and services
- Verify insurance eligibility and basic coverage details
- Update and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with providers and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and data privacy standards
- ₱25,000 – ₱34,000 monthly salary (based on experience/negotiable and high scores in assessment)
