The BILLING AND COLLECTION SPECIALIST is responsible for:

  • Managing billing processes, ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of estate-related charges, and collecting payments from tenants, property owners, or other clients.
  • This role will ensure the estate's financial operations are efficient, resolving any billing disputes or issues, and maintaining healthy cash flow by managing overdue payments.
  • Will work closely with the property management team, legal department, and tenants to address billing issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or property management, preferably in the estate or real estate industry.
  • Ability to analyze financial records and accurately process invoices and payments.
  • Has extensive interaction with customers and external parties
  • Willing to be assigned in Mckinley Hill, Taguig City
