Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics to measure business effectiveness
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations/reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement data-driven solutions
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools/languages
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data trend interpretation preferred
