About the Role
  • You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero for two Service Advisors—fielding calls, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure customers feel heard and valued, even before they step into the shop.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and make phone calls with clients, warranty providers, and parts suppliers.
  • Handle back-office tasks to keep service operations smooth.
  • Provide basic virtual assistant support to the team.
  • Prioritize tasks and follow established procedures.
  • Use tools like Steer, Slack, AutoFlow, and Tekmetric (bonus if you already know them).
RequirementsAbout YOU
  • You know your way around basic car repairs or servicing (enough to hold your own in a conversation)
  • You're friendly, professional, and clear when you speak and write
  • You stay calm and organized, even when things get busy
  • You follow through on tasks and take initiative without waiting for a nudge
About YOUR Work History
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (or 2+ years in customer service, automotive preferred).
  • Comfortable juggling calls, admin, and team requests.
  • Exposure to automotive software is a plus.
