The Production Team Lead supervises client's day-to-day print/POS production execution, driving on-time deliverables through project management, across Philippines market and would be working out of Manila location.

The Role:

  • Manage Client's project marketing materials expectations
  • Adhere to Client's process and policies in delivering work task in a timely manner
  • Provides technical support and advice the needful in minimise cost
  • Lead conversations with respective stakeholders on print work with relation to marketing materials and designs required
  • Strong project management skills, tracks project timeline in meeting deadlines
  • Manage colour standards storage and support required courier arrangement with logistic company
  • Taking initiative and be proactive, aggressively in resolving challenges
  • Foster good relationship across stakeholders
  • Render support onsite, offsite and at printer's site as required
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Print and POS production leading a team of members
  • Client facing or Project/ Account management experiences are preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management and planning skills (from conceptualization to completion)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues across the organization and external clients or vendors
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to details, deadlines and reporting
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
