Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead and oversee all quality assurance operations to ensure that the company's pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring adherence to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rules and procedures, and promoting a culture of quality across the organization. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail to maintain the integrity of products from development to distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or any Science-related course
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control or Quality Assurance Manager in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company
  • Keen attention to detail, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills with strong work ethics
  • Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Familiar with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rules and procedures
  • Computer literate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work long hours and able to work effectively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Oversight – Ensure that all processes, products, and facilities comply with GMP, FDA regulations, and internal quality standards.
  • Leadership & Supervision – Manage and mentor the QA team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity and compliance.
  • Policy Implementation – Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies, procedures, and documentation systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
  • Process Improvement – Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Training – Conduct GMP and quality-related training programs for employees to maintain compliance and quality awareness.
  • Problem Resolution – Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration – Coordinate closely with production, QC, R&D, and other departments to ensure alignment in quality objectives.
