We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Officer to ensure the successful execution of our projects in compliance with approved standards and specifications. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to quality excellence, oversee site activities, and collaborate with subcontractors and project teams in delivering works of the highest integrity.

Job Description:

  • Supervise related work activities and assigned tasks on site based on approved work sequence and methodology.
  • Interpret and execute plans and specifications accurately.
  • Checks work design and technical specifications for proper implementation on site.
  • Identify and resolve the causes of delays and problems affecting work activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractor works to ensure compliance with the Quality Plan.
  • Provide subcontractors with required plans/details and communicate changes or additive/deductive works.
  • Evaluate and verify work accomplishments against submitted billings.
  • Coordinate the requisition, issuance, and timely delivery of required site materials.
  • Ensure all installed materials comply with the approved submittals and testing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered Civil Engineer
  • With at least 3 years of work experience and knowledge in housing, construction, land development works, construction of amenities and other special structures (riprap, slope protection, culverts, bridge, EWT, retaining walls) as QA/QC Officer.
  • Preferably with experience in project/construction management.
  • A great team player who can work with minimum supervision.
