Job Description

As a
Digital Marketing Specialist,
you will drive immediate revenue growth through digital marketplace management, Magento platform optimization, and targeted campaigns. This role requires hands-on expertise in eCommerce platforms, social media, and paid advertising to deliver measurable results and meet aggressive revenue targets.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Knowledge of the
  Australian healthcare system (TGA, NDIS)
  or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong SEO knowledge
  with proven practical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in
  Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Proficiency in using Generative AI tools
  to enhance workflows and outcomes while safeguarding business and customer privacy.
• HTML/CSS capability for content management and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• B2B marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare, medical devices, or assistive technology experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with international teams; Australian market knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering immediate results in performance-driven environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Internationally recognized digital, social marketing, and eCommerce qualifications.
• Previous offshore or remote team collaboration experience.
