Primary Responsibilities:

• Learning Needs Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives

• Conduct learner profiling and audience analysis to tailor content effectively
• Analyze job roles, tasks, and competencies to align training with business outcomes

• Curriculum and Course Design

• Design end-to-end learning journeys, including curriculum maps, learning paths, and modular structures

• Develop instructional strategies that support adult learning principles, including blended, self-paced, and instructor-led formats
• Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines that guide content development

• Content Development

• Develop engaging and interactive learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments

• Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise) to build digital content
• Ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements

• Assessment and Evaluation

• Design formative and summative assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness

• Create rubrics, quizzes, case studies, and certification mock exams
• Analyze assessment data to refine instructional strategies and improve learner outcomes

• Learning Technology Integration

• Work with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Thought Industries) to deploy and manage learning content

• Integrate tools for adaptive learning, gamification, and analytics to enhance learner engagement
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure content compatibility across devices

• Project Management and Collaboration

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the design lifecycle

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and developers to ensure instructional accuracy and relevance
• Maintain documentation and version control for all instructional assets
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Any course or equivalent experience
• College Graduate/ Highschool Graduate/ SHS Graduate
• 2+ years of Instructional Design experience or Content Development experience
• 1+ years of Storyboarding and Training & Facilitation for SOP's, E-learning courses, Videos & Job aids, Storyline 360 or Rise 360
• Proven excellent communication and writing skills
