Open for Bachelor's degree with or without experience in BPO

Open for college undergraduates with 6 months experience in BPO

Open Senior High School Graduate with 1 year experience in BPO

Willing to work shifting schedules

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Handle and provides quality fulfilment to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all

times.
