URGENT HIRING: HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Location: Cebu City

We are in search of a passionate and career-driven HR Recruitment Officer to join our growing team in the construction industry. This is an urgent requirement for a results-oriented professional who has built a strong foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations.

Core Functions:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.

Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for project-based and head office requirements.

Collaborate with department heads and project managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.

Ensure smooth coordination of pre-employment requirements and timely deployment of hired employees.

Support HR programs on employee engagement, retention, and employer branding.

Core Competencies:

Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills (online platforms, referrals, networks).

Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation abilities.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.

High sense of urgency, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Recruitment Efficiency: Time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Candidate Experience: Feedback and engagement rate.

Retention Impact: New hire retention within 6 months.

Process Compliance: Accuracy and timeliness of documentation.

Stakeholder Satisfaction: Responsiveness and alignment with hiring managers.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any business-related course.

At least 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment, preferably in the construction or related industry.

Proven track record in managing multiple hiring requirements and building strong candidate pipelines.

Resident of Cebu City or nearby areas.
