Qualifications:

Must be a College graduate

Should have at least 4–6 years of total professional experience, including 2–3 years specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment, or possessing relevant equivalent experience

Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills(both written and oral)

Must possess good understanding of sourcing systems and procedures.

Understanding local labor laws and statutory requirements.

Must be both 'people-and-results oriented' with high sense of urgency.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with multicultural environment and teams.

Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units.

Knowledge of PC technology, applications and on-line tools
