About the role

As a key member of our team, you will identify critical factors affecting product performance and utilize basic analysis tools (e.g., Excel, scripts, Minitab) to support optimization and predictive tasks.

You will assist in designing and carrying out tests to evaluate performance, ensuring results are clearly analyzed and recommendations are suggested under guidance.

Additionally, you will help define problem statements, highlight risks, and provide supporting analysis for performance improvement, always considering customer needs and business goals.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to develop technical skills through project involvement, self-learning, and training, aiming for growth in product performance understanding.

Effective collaboration within project teams, clear communication of findings to stakeholders, and maintaining organized and accessible documentation are also essential aspects of this role.

Furthermore, you will contribute ideas for process improvements, support new methods or tools, and participate in activities that enhance product performance and reliability.

About you

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) is required.

Ideally 4+ years' experience in product design/development; less may be considered for strong candidates.

A solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, measurement, and statistical analysis is essential.

Proficiency with data processing tools (Minitab, MATLAB, Excel); some experience with CAD/CAE tools preferred.

Experience with statistical modeling (e.g., multiple regression) is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary; ability to tailor communication and influence within project teams.

Ability to work independently on more varied and complex tasks and/or demonstrate functional leadership without direct supervision as needed.
