As we continue to expand our operations in the Philippines, we are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and approachable Virtual Assistant to support our clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a client-facing General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to FusionNode's clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate professionally. This role requires someone who can confidently multitask, manage priorities, and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to FusionNode clients, ensuring all requests and tasks are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar support for clients.
  • Assist clients with data entry, file management, and documentation organization.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple client assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports as requested by clients.
  • Support client's ad-hoc tasks and projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and documentation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a client-facing administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and client-oriented tone.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week during US business hours.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience supporting executives or external clients.
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, HubSpot).
  • Background in technology or cybersecurity-related support.
