The Owners, who both hold demanding full-time jobs, require immediate, full-time marketing and content leadership to be sustainable while scaling. This role is crucial for launching the new brand from scratch and scaling the existing operations exponentially. About the Role: We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing & Content Creator VA with a strong background in content creation and digital marketing. This role is a priority for candidates with startup experience who can handle the initial setup and rapid growth of a new brand. You will be expected to be an independent thinker who can collaborate on the plan but confidently execute and pivot strategy without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Content Creation & Strategy (Primary Focus) Content Strategy: Develop and execute the day-to-day social media content strategy for both e-commerce brands, ensuring high-volume, consistent promotional output across different age ranges (18 to 60+). Asset Management: Integrate professional photography and video assets into compelling social media campaigns and email materials. Brand Voice: Ensure all content is professional yet approachable to build a community where customers feel a strong personal connection to the brand. Platform Management: Oversee content scheduling and management across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email). 2. Digital Marketing & E-commerce Support Email Marketing: Design and execute regular, high-impact email marketing campaigns for both e-commerce sites. Strategy Execution: Execute and manage campaigns designed to drive online sales. Lead Engagement: Assist with inbound email and customer service inquiries, ensuring timely communication. Operational Admin: Handle inventory, reordering, and tracking tasks if additional time allows. 3. Compliance and Collaboration Intellectual Property Protection: Work under high confidentiality and be willing to sign an NDA to protect designs and property. Religious Alignment: Must be comfortable and willing to promote content based on Christian scripture and lifestyle, aligning with the brand's core model. Qualifications & Skills Technical & Strategic Expertise (MANDATORY) Startup/Ground-Up Experience: Strong preference for candidates who have experience starting and positioning a brand from scratch. Content Creation Proficiency: MANDATORY: Proven experience in generating high-quality promotional content suitable for commercial e-commerce platforms. Pivoting Ability: Must be able to easily pivot and change direction quickly if a campaign or idea is not landing well. Cultural Alignment & Personality (CRITICAL) Independent Leadership: Must be an independent thinker who is creative, proactive, and capable of running with a plan with minimal supervision.
