· Business Development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

· Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies, understanding their specific needs and requirements for staffing.

· Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of servicewith clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

· Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.

· Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.

· Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on progress and results.

· Conduct market researchto identify industry trends and opportunities, staying informed about the competitive landscape.

· Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs.

· Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

· Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.

· Achieving the monthly targets.

· Perform other tasks assigned by Management. And such other functions as may be designated from time to time by the EMPLOYER.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php17,000.00 per month
