Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Freelance / On-Call Instructors to join our training pool. The instructor will deliver technical training sessions on Arc Flash Safety, Power System Maintenance, Photovoltaics (PV Systems), and Energy Management. The role is flexible, project-based, and designed for professionals with strong expertise and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, or onsite training sessions on assigned topics.
  • Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises aligned with PamavTech standards.
  • Ensure training content complies with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NFPA 70E, IEC, DOE regulations).
  • Conduct demonstrations, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning.
  • Assess participant knowledge through quizzes, exercises, and practical evaluations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to participants to improve competence.
  • Support program development by contributing to course updates and new training modules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional License (Registered Electrical Engineer/Professional Engineer) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience in power systems, renewable energy, or energy management.
  • Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  • Arc Flash Analysis & Safety (NFPA 70E, IEEE 1584)
  • Power System Operations & Maintenance
  • Photovoltaic (PV) System Design, Installation, and Maintenance
  • Energy Efficiency & Management Systems (ISO 50001, DOE CEM/CEA Programs)
  • Prior teaching, facilitation, or corporate training experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite training (local and regional).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week

Education:

License/Certification:
