Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for executives.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and meeting materials when needed.
  • Serve as a key liaison between executives, team members, and external partners.
  • Draft, organize, and track correspondence while ensuring timely communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing activities for the pediatric team.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, tracking inventory, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar and share regular progress updates with team leaders.
  • Organize and archive campaign materials, reports, and other related documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience as a Marketing Assistant (6 months to 1 year) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
