Job Overview:

We are looking for a
Customer Service Representativ
e to assist customers in purchasing goods through our online platforms. The role involves guiding customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth buying experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable using microsoft office tools, and have a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.
  • Help customers with payment, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer data using Excel and Word.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with operations team to improve the customer experience.

Requirements.

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and patience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
