JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Manager who can confidently communicate with our clients, manage relationships, and ensure smooth operations across all touchpoints. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional in both written and spoken English, and able to represent the company with confidence and warmth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication (calls, emails, and messages).
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all communications (emails, reports, templates) are accurate, well-written, and free from grammatical or formatting errors.
  • Provide timely updates, progress reports, and end-of-shift handovers to the team.
  • Stay on top of all client and team messages during shifts, ensuring nothing is overlooked or delayed.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently by prioritizing, creating to-do lists, and following through on deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while being accountable and transparent in reporting.
  • Show initiative in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team, blending seamlessly with the work culture and contributing positively to the environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct errors before communications are sent out.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client management, or account handling (experience in call centers is a strong advantage).
  • Confident and comfortable in speaking directly with clients, building rapport, and managing relationships.
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptable personality.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and resourceful in handling challenges.
