Client Services Manager
(Account Manager)

you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring exceptional delivery across every project. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a dynamic, high-performing team that values strategic thinking, creativity, and accountability.

This role will be working on a full onsite during the first 6 months then transition into a hybrid setup of 3x a week. Shift hours will follow US business hours (night shift).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and advocate.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
  • Represent client priorities internally to ensure alignment and prompt issue resolution.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to address client concerns or service disruptions efficiently.
  • Manage seamless onboarding of new clients, including scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Support team development by identifying training needs and fostering growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports to clients and senior management on account performance and progress.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Ideally 3+ years in client services, account management, or a related role within an agency/consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRMs for service management and reporting.
  • A knack for building rapport and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proven ability to handle client escalations and resolve issues in a calm and effective manner.
  • Resourceful and proactive, able to navigate challenges with grace and ingenuity.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and highly organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
