I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

To conduct Information System Audit within IT Structure (ERP, Payroll System, and In-House Programs & Reports) on related areas of business operation identified with high and moderate operational risks. The function primarily aims to: (1) validate the reliability and integrity of related financial and operational information; (2) evaluate the effectiveness and sufficiency of system control with IT control environment; and (3) assess the appropriateness of level of restriction on confidential information.

Audit Activity Planning

  1. Assist in the conceptualization or review of the related Audit Program for every audit engagement showing the objectives, scope, audit procedures, and allotted mandays among others. This must be submitted to Audit Supervisor for initial review.

Audit Activity Implementation

  1. Identify, analyze, evaluate, and document sufficient information gathered during the course of audit investigation based on pre-defined Audit Program
  2. Prepare the Summary of Initial Audit Result including the corresponding Schedules and Exhibits and note down the significant review points provided by Audit Supervisor for execution on the remaining audit allotted period.

Communication of Audit Result

  1. Prepare supporting schedules and gather necessary exhibits on individual audit findings. Supporting schedules and exhibits must be sufficient, reliable, relevant, and useful
  2. Prepare and submit to Audit Supervisor the Audit Report which includes the engagements objectives, scope, and audit result with the corresponding recommendation. Report must be accurate, objective, clear, concise, constructive, complete, and timely
  3. Prepare the PowerPoint Presentation based on Final Audit Report and submit to Audit Supervisor  for review

Controlling and Monitoring

  1. Provide necessary information to Audit Supervisor relative to the Semi-Monthly Summary of Activity Status Update showing the pending, completed, and next scheduled audit assignments.
  2. Provide necessary information to Audit Supervisor relative to the Monthly Direct Charging based on man-days spent per Spin-off Company.

Administrative and Research Activities

  1. Perform assigned administrative and research activities for the department

Other Tasks

Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Internal Auditing, or Financial Management
  2. Must have good English written communication skills
  3. Must have a background in Audit Firm or equivalent.
  4. Must have experience in ISO process (International Organization for Standardization)
  5. With Certificate of Yellow  Belt Lean Six Sigma
  6. Experience in Audit Compliance.
  7. Must be organized and can do multi-tasking
  8. Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  9. Must have strong analytical skills
  10. Willing to work on field (Metro Manila & Province)
