About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Healthcare Supervisor to lead and oversee our customer service team at our EDSA, Mandaluyong City location. As a full-time supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality support to our healthcare clients and their patients. What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives handling inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to client service-level agreements, quality standards, and company policies
  • Identify training needs and work with the training team to develop and deliver effective programmes
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to share best practices and implement process improvements
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Provide support and guidance to your team to help them succeed in their roles

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using contact centre and office productivity software
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices is preferred
