About the role
Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Healthcare Supervisor to lead and oversee our customer service team at our EDSA, Mandaluyong City location. As a full-time supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality support to our healthcare clients and their patients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a global leader in business process management and customer experience optimisation.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives handling inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to client service-level agreements, quality standards, and company policies
- Identify training needs and work with the training team to develop and deliver effective programmes
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to share best practices and implement process improvements
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Provide support and guidance to your team to help them succeed in their roles
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a contact centre or customer service environment
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using contact centre and office productivity software
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices is preferred
