DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist customers promptly with standard greetings, maintaining attentiveness, courtesy, and focus throughout the interaction.

  • Ensure proper pricing and display of items by maintaining retail prices, attaching price tags, and keeping products clean and well-stocked.

  • Assist customers by addressing concerns, providing product knowledge, and demonstrating items as needed.

  • Verify customer order availability before proceeding to payment.

  • Receive payments, issue receipts or invoices, and ensure all orders and payments are accurately recorded in the RPRO system.

  • Handle and track all inquiries from walk-ins, phone, mobile, and email using standard tools and processes.

  • Remit all invoices and collections to the remittance officer on time and submit the daily remittance report.

  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, delivery, and sales support teams to ensure smooth communication and avoid misunderstandings.

  • Support and motivate retail staff in meeting sales targets within the selling area.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4 years business course

  • With at least 1 year experience in household, furniture and appliances store

  • Well versed in handling monetary transactions

  • Customer Oriented and has the ability to adapt/ respond to different type of customers

  • Good communication skills

  • Experience in POS is an advantage

  • Excellent customer service
