Store Leadership Position

A Store Head plays a pivotal role in driving store sales, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. They closely monitor the store's inventory and submit timely merchandise replenishment requests to maintain optimal stock levels weekly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet store sales targets.
  2. Oversee expenses, including utilities and supplies, to minimize costs and optimize store efficiency.
  3. Lead brand- and marketing-initiated activities, store visual merchandising, and local store marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  4. Prepare daily store operations reports, including sales, inventory, and qualitative metrics as needed.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, submitting merchandise replenishment requests to maintain healthy stock levels.
  6. Conduct regular store inventory counts, report variances and losses, and resolve issues promptly to minimize losses.
  7. Verify daily compliance with checklists in the store.
  8. Monitor and report store equipment issues, such as defective fixtures, lighting, air conditioning, signage, internet connectivity, CCTV, etc.
  9. Drive team performance, train direct reports to meet sales targets, comply with SOPs, and evaluate staff performance, including disciplinary actions for career growth.
Requirements
  • College graduate (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Retail selling experience preferred but not required
  • Driven sales professional with great personality and leadership skills
