Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer – Plumbing & Sanitary to oversee the implementation, inspection, and coordination of all plumbing and sanitary works at the project site. The ideal candidate should ensure that all installations comply with design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site plumbing and sanitary works in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with local codes and project requirements.
  • Monitor work progress and perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
  • Resolve site issues and provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of piping systems, drainage, water supply, and sanitary fixtures.
  • Ensure safety standards and procedures are strictly followed at all times.
  • Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and updates to the project manager.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in plumbing and sanitary engineering in construction
  • Familiar with plumbing codes, water supply, drainage systems, and testing procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.
