Job Description:

The MEPF Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design, installation, coordination, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems for construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all MEPF systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes while being delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze MEPF drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate MEPF services with architectural and structural components.
  • Monitor site execution of MEPF systems to ensure compliance with design and standards.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Perform quality inspections and testing for installed systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any design or installation issues.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Support commissioning and handover of MEPF systems.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools.
  • Familiar with project management and site coordination practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
