About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to join our team at Southern Arms Corporation' in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. As our new Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and the efficient management of our staff.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to build a high-performing and engaged team
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor budgets, analyse financial data, and make informed decisions to optimise business performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
