Compliance Manager

Based in Angeles, Pampanga | Australian Real Estate

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to support our client's Technical Services Department. This role focuses on ensuring all contractors, documentation, and systems comply with current WHS regulations and internal processes. You'll be working closely with Facilities Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to oversee health, safety, environmental, and compliance practices across a portfolio of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure processes align with the company's QHSE and WHS systems
  • Manage contractor compliance, documentation, permits, and high-risk checklists
  • Review incident reports, track notifiable incidents, and liaise with Safework NSW
  • Monitor contractor inductions, insurances, and performance reviews
  • Support AFSS submission, fire order resolution, and WHS audits
  • Keep documentation up to date with legislation, codes of practice, and Australian Standards
  • Maintain the myBuildings system including compliance tracking and document library
  • Review site inspections, manage risk assessments, and support external audit readiness

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WHS, compliance, or facilities/property management roles
  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS Act, Safework NSW requirements, and industry standards
  • Familiarity with contractor management systems (e.g., CM3) and platforms like MyBuildings
  • Able to review permits, SWMS, incident reports, AFSS submissions, and compliance documents
  • Experience managing audits, risk assessments, and fire safety regulations
  • High attention to detail, good reporting skills, and a proactive mindset
