We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and values a balance between onsite collaboration and remote flexibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable records and reports
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions accurately
  • Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
